Blog2Print seems to offer an answer. It creates pretty nice books out of blogs. For example, the complete The Reference Frame (without comments) has 1,000+ pages or so, and you can get a copy for USD 389 or so. Please view this posting as my permission for you to print TRF via Blog2Print or otherwise.
