Doomsday in 9 days

It's 12/12/12, 12:12:12 pm now, the Pope tweeted for the first time 12+12+12 minutes ago, and many people are worried about the doom that arrives in 9 days from now.

NASA even recorded a special 6-minute monologue by astronomer David Morrison that tries to disagree with the fearful predictions.

I am convinced that many people who get to this page aren't convinced. I think that those should insure themselves against some kind of a cataclysm – using the independent entity such as myself.

You may send a gift consisting of dozens or hundreds of dollars to my PayPal account (see the piglet icon at the bottom) and I will multiply it by 100 and provide you with the best help I will be able to (or cash, if you wish or if it is paid after I am killed, too) in the case that between December 20th and December 22nd, more than 50 million people will die in the world. ;-) If you think that the probability of cataclysmic events exceeds 1%, it's a good deal for you.

See a clarification of the Mayan calendar.

  1. The main indication of the end can be seen here at 3 minutes 30 seconds:

  2. I'm not sure it is a good idea for the Pope to go on Twitter. On the one hand we get His beautiful messages, and on the other hand we see some horrendous insults to His address from some angry-sick retarded gnomes. Man, some people do need an exorcist.,,

  3. Yep, the technical term is trolls and they are onmipresent ...
It would by nice if the Pope or an exorcist could do something about them :-/

  4. Are there any good indications from physics on how the end will occur Lubos? Spontaneous decompactification? Transition to a lower energy vacuum state?

  5. The first two are more plausible than the third one :-D

  6. Scooby, I'm afraid that at the moment it is only strong psychic indications :-)

  7. It would be a better deal if not for the fact that if the world comes to an end, you won't be able to pay.

  8. I'll bet that 50M+ will die worldwide between Dec 20th and Dec 19th.

Of course that's Dec 19th next year.

I won't be able to provide a list of names though :)
